Introduction


- Project Scope Management knowledge area includes processes related to dealing with project and product scope.
- This knowledge area has processes in Planning as well as Monitoring and Controlling Process Groups. This knowledge area is useful in determining the project inclusions and exclusions.
- Scope Baseline includes approved version of Scope Statement, WBS and WBS Dictionary.
